About 3 monthes later

So I have decided that I am going to start blogging more... whats the point in having one if I never update it right? I have some great christmas pictures that I havent even put on the computer yet. So as of right now I have figured out a way to cram my school schedual so that I can graduate in December from NCTC.... The job that I want ( a teachers aid) requires me to have one, so that is one of my biggest goals for 2008!! Im excited and just wanted to share the good news with the world!

It's been awhile....

Well, it has been several months since I have posted last. It is amazing to think about all that has happend in just a few short months. I passed all my classes at NCTC, and I got a new digital camera, it was great to have during the holidays, so that was a good purchase. Christmas was great, me and Miles spent Christmas together, it was hard to figure out a schedual for which family events to go to but it worked out and we are glad we did it! Christmas break is going by way to fast and the spring semester will be here so soon. It is hard to believe that it is now 2008. God has blessed me so much throughout 2007 and it is kind of scary thinking about all of the upcoming changes for this year but I know through all of the challenges I will grow closer to God. One thing I was thinking about this morning (which is what prompted this post) is how lucky I am to have the great family that I do. I have been more blessed than I have really realized. Yup, all in all 2007 was a great year, but I am glad it is over......

Introduction

Well, today I realized that I have not actually introduced myself yet, I just started babbling away! My name is Jordan, and I got a blog because one day my boyfriend Miles calls me up and says "go look at my blog at get one too". So anyways ..... I actually like blogger alot, probably more so than myspace or facebook.

This is me and Miles above fooling around in the car one day with a disposable camera. We have some fun times! I think this was taken about six monthes ago, it was at the mall parking lot. I always take pictures with sun glasses on so if a blink I dont waste a picture, so we both put on sun glasses just to goof off.

Accepting Things

Well, sometimes for some reason, things happen in life that I dont exactly understand.... I guess what I'm learning right now is to just trust God's will and his perfect timing. Okay, I just re read this and it sounds kinda depressing. But on a brighter note, my family is considering getting land off of the red river and I am VERY excited. It will be a great spot to fish! I havent been fishing in a long time. When I was little my brothers wouldnt take the fish off the hook when they caught something, so that got to be something that I did! Luckily they grew out of that fast. But yeah I caint wait to go land searching. My family having this oppertunity is another thing that God has unexpectedly blessed us by!

Communicating with Miles

Okay, so I have never done this before, and I am not very good with technology..... I never would have even thought to do this but Miles got me to sign up! I think this could actually be really fun! Hopefully soon I will figure out what I am doing!
